Hera Hub DC has two membership tiers starting at $99 with the option to add on workspace. Hera Hub DC is a local community inside a national one. You get the best of both worlds. In-person connection; access to women across the country.

What Membership Includes

Both tiers include access to every in-person event and every virtual feature. Nothing below is gated.

We host happy hours, workshops, and coworking days across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia intentionally curated to build deeper relationships.

Signature - $99/month

Fine Print:

  • Memberships run month to month by default, with no annual contract.

  • Pay for six months up front and save 10%. Pay for a year up front and save 20%. Prepaid terms commit you for that period and are not refunded early.

  • There is a non-refundable $99 initiation fee for all new memberships.

  • Optional workspace add-ons start at $75 per month.

  • Alumni membership is available to former Hera Hub DC members.

Optional Workspace

Workspace access is an optional add-on to your Hera Hub DC membership through our partnership with Pink Moon. It provides access to a client-ready office and a coworking lounge.

  • Coworking Lounge — add $75 per month: Unlimited weekday access to the Pink Moon rentals, plus 10% off Pink Moon’s rentable spaces.

  • Office 10 — add $145 per month: Unlimited weekday access to the Pink Moon coworking lounge, plus up to 10 hours a month in the private office and first access to booking it, with 15% off Pink Moon rentals.

  • Office 20 — add $215 per month: Unlimited weekday access to the Pink Moon coworking lounge, plus up to 20 hours a month in the private office and first access to booking it, with 20% off Pink Moon rentals.

     

How to Join

Every member starts with a conversation. It keeps the community a space for , and it makes sure this is a fit on both ends.

  1. Book a 30-minute call, or come to an open event first and meet a few members. Either works, and plenty of women do the event first.
  2. We talk about your business, what you are looking for, and whether this is a fit. That goes both directions.
  3. If it’s a fit, you choose your tier and you’re in. You can start whenever you want.

FAQs

Come to as much or as little as you want. There are no attendance minimums and no required meetings. What matters is identifying the one or two things that will actually move your business forward, and we will help you find them — whether you have a couple of hours a month to give or you want to attend everything.

No. There are no required meetings, no attendance minimums, and no quota of referrals you owe anyone. Referrals do happen here, but they come out of relationships rather than a structured swap.

Only if you want to. Workspace is entirely optional and priced separately. Signature membership at $99 per month includes the full community, all the programming, and every event on the calendar. You can add workspace later, or never.

Yes. We host events all across DC, Maryland (including Baltimore!), and Northern Virginia. Our virtual programming runs regardless of where you are. Workspace is a separate add-on, so where you live does not change what your membership includes.

Yes. We have in-person events each month that are open to non-members, so you can meet a few women before you decide anything. If this already sounds like what you have been looking for, book a call instead and we can get you started.

Yes. Month-to-month memberships have no annual contract. We ask for one billing cycle of notice, and the final month is not prorated. If you prepaid for six months or a year, you are committed through that term.

No. We are not set up to pause memberships. If the timing stops working for you, reach out before you cancel and we can figure out what makes sense.

Yes. Former members are welcome back at either regular tier, and alumni membership is also available to anyone who has been a Hera Hub DC member before. Reach out and we will walk you through the options.

Yes. Pay for six months in advance and you save 10%. Pay for a full year in advance and you save 20%. Prepaying does commit you for that term — if you leave early, the remaining months are not refunded — so choose it when you already know you want to be here.
