Virtual Programs
Sub-Hub Groups
Sub-Hubs are global groups within Hera Hub that meet conveniently online to leverage the community’s collective expertise nationwide.
Each Sub-Hub is equipped with a unique roadmap of pertinent business topics and working sprints for its specific business category. The one-hour facilitated discussions are led by a fellow Hera Hub member in an area of their expertise. Members meet monthly to engage in conversations, learn tools for entrepreneurship and self-growth, get accountability in implementation of lessons learned, and stay informed on important business topics.
Regular monthly meetings support consistent growth for entrepreneurs on a timeline that is realistic for integrating new findings into their businesses. Designed in the spirit of community, members are provided with space and opportunity for continued learning within a specific Sub-Hub, while building connections with like-minded entrepreneurs. All members are encouraged to participate in Sub-Hubs, both as participants and as presenters.
Lead Follow-up Lab
Building a consistent sales habit is the key to turning interest into income. Our Lead Follow-Up Lab is a dedicated, drop-in virtual space designed to help you prioritize the critical outreach that often gets pushed aside for general marketing tasks. This two-hour, weekly session provides the accountability you need to focus on your sales pipeline, offering a quiet environment where you can work through your leads and drive real revenue for your business. Whether you stay for twenty minutes or the full two hours, this time is about showing up for your growth and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.
Accountability Sessions
The Accountability group supports members in goal setting, prioritization, and working sessions to execute action-oriented plans. Through the variety of accountability sessions available, members work both in and on their businesses, regularly assess business growth, and utilize the power of community to continue thriving.
Share your top priorities for your week and be supported in actually getting those priorities complete. This is your chance to set aside time to work on your business, not just in your business.
Flight Deck
Ready to move into a new business or from employee to expert?
The Flight Deck is a small-group, hot-seat coaching session designed to help members transition into something new. Guided by the frameworks and lessons from Felena Hanson’s book Flight Club, one member each month takes the “pilot’s seat” to work through where their talents and experience meet market opportunity.
Fellow members are invited to participate as the crew: ask questions, share perspective, and offer accountability. Come to contribute, learn, and leave with practical ideas you can apply immediately to your own business.

In-Person Programming
Monthly Networking Events
Every month, members have an opportunity to connect face-to-face with others at either our member-only lunches or happy hour events. Food and drink are provided. We like to mix things up to provide a variety of experiences, so monthly events could be in our space or at an outside venue or even the outdoors! In addition to our bi-annual Business Acceleration Expo, the annual Friendsgiving potluck and Hera Hearts, which is a mastermind to help solve an organizational problem for two local nonprofit organizations.
Additionally, members often gather to eat together and learn about a relevant topic or connect more deeply with other members of the community through various forms of community lunches.
Marketing Monday & Work-it Wednesday
These two-hour work sprints are designed to help members step out of the day-to-day and work on their business, not just in it.
Whether tackling marketing to-dos, building visibility, or elevating one's personal brand on platforms like LinkedIn or Instagram, this session provides dedicated time to make meaningful progress.
We kick off promptly at noon with a quick round of documented goal setting, then get straight to work. We regroup at the end of the two hours for a brief check-in to reflect on what everyone accomplished and to celebrate progress.

Launch Academy
Also open to the public
This 9-week accelerator program guides small business owners through the steps needed to scale their business. In addition to going through the Growth Academy eCourse, the cohort will meet with the instructor, via Zoom, for two hours of classroom time each week. This time will be used to brainstorm ideas, receive feedback, bring in guest experts, and build a community among the participants.
Each week participants will complete one step of the growth process and will be required to submit checkpoint questions before moving to the next step. These will be collected in a shared document for reference. The capstone will require each participant to create and present a pitch to an investor, bank, or strategic growth partner.
The Launch Academy is sponsored by various community partners.
