Frequently Asked Questions

Can I buy daily or hourly access without a membership?
Because a safe, trusted community is at the heart of Hera Hub, coworking access is reserved for members. You’re welcome to schedule a tour and enjoy a complimentary trial before joining. Non-members may also book our meeting rooms, conference rooms, and event spaces.
Do I need to use coworking?
Many members join primarily for the community, business programming, accountability, and networking opportunities without using the coworking space regularly. Whether you work from home, your own office, or at Hera Hub, you can engage in the way that works best for you.
Can I join remotely?
Yes. Our virtual memberships provide access to programming, accountability, networking, and community from anywhere. You don’t need to live near a physical Hera Hub location to stay connected and involved.
How much does membership cost?
We offer a variety of membership options designed to fit different business needs and budgets. Pricing varies by location. For example, coworking memberships in San Diego range from $149 to $369 per month.
Do you have private meeting rooms available?
Yes. Our meeting and conference rooms accommodate groups of approximately 4 to 16 people and are available to reserve by the hour for client meetings, workshops, presentations, and conference calls.
What amenities do you offer?
Membership includes access to a wide range of business amenities, including:
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- Printing, scanning, and faxing
- Coffee, tea, filtered water, and light snacks
- Mail handling (available with select membership levels)
- Free parking
- Basic office supplies
- Reception services (location dependent)
- Large whiteboards
What are your hours?
Our locations are generally open to the public Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Members enjoy additional flexibility, including access to reserved spaces during evenings and weekends, depending on their membership and location.
What are the benefits of using a shared workspace instead of a private office?
Private offices often require long-term leases and significantly higher overhead costs. Coworking offers a flexible, affordable alternative while providing access to a professional environment, business resources, and a collaborative community. It’s an ideal solution for entrepreneurs, remote professionals, and growing businesses looking for flexibility without sacrificing support.
