Hera Hub is a female-focused, gender-inclusive coworking community and business accelerator providing workspace, business education, mentoring, community, events, and other resources designed to help entrepreneurs launch and grow prosperous businesses.

2. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website

4. Automatic Renewal and Recurring Payments
Certain Hera Hub memberships or services may continue on a recurring basis until canceled.
Before enrolling in a recurring membership or service, applicable renewal terms, price, billing frequency, cancellation requirements, and other material terms will be disclosed as required by applicable law.
By affirmatively agreeing to a recurring membership or service, you authorize the applicable Hera Hub entity or its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the terms presented to you at enrollment.
Hera Hub will provide renewal notices, reminders, price-change notices, and cancellation methods when required by applicable law.
Where applicable law requires online cancellation for memberships entered into online, Hera Hub will provide an online cancellation method.
This section is particularly important for Hera Hub because your current site states that membership packages are month-to-month and require automatic debit. (Hera Hub) California and Illinois both impose specific disclosure, consent and cancellation obligations around these arrangements.
5. Cancellation
Membership cancellation is governed by the membership agreement and policies applicable to the membership and Hera Hub location.
Any cancellation procedure will also comply with applicable state and federal law.
Cancellation of a membership does not automatically cancel separately booked rooms, events, programs, or other purchases unless expressly stated.
6. Workspace, Meeting Room, and Event Reservations
Workspace, meeting-room, conference-room, and event-space reservations may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of booking.
These may include:
- Payment requirements
- Cancellation deadlines
- Refund policies
- Guest policies
- Capacity limitations
- Facility rules
- Damage policies
- After-hours requirements
The booking terms presented for a particular reservation control that reservation.
7. Events, Educational Programs, and Business Resources
Hera Hub provides educational programming, mentoring, networking opportunities, business resources, workshops, events, and community connections.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Hera Hub name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, photographs, videos, program materials, trademarks, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Hera Hub.
You may view and use website materials for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Hera Hub materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
10. User-Submitted Content
If you submit testimonials, comments, photographs, videos, articles, business information, or other content to Hera Hub for publication, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
Where you expressly authorize Hera Hub to publish or promote submitted content, you grant Hera Hub permission to use that content for the purposes described when it was submitted.
