Book the office or coworking lounge access

Members and non-members can both reserve the private, client-ready office or coworking lounge access at Pink Moon in Bethesda, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Members also have the option to add-on monthly access to the coworking lounge and a pool of hours to utilize the private office.

What You Can Book

The private office: A client-ready room inside Pink Moon, branded Hera Hub DC, with its own locked door. It is most comfortable for two people and fits up to four. You book it in 30-minute blocks, and guests are welcome in the office during your booking.
Coworking lounge access: Full-day access to the Pink Moon lounge, from 9am to 5pm, on any weekday. Each person in the lounge needs their own booking.

Private Office

Members and non-members alike are able to reserve the office in half-hour increments. Members with workspace add-ons to their membership get first access to booking and a pool of hours at a discounted price to use each month. Office 10 and Office 20 members are able to book additional hours at the following rate. Other Hera Hub members and non-members can book one-off requests at the following rates.

Office 10 and Office 20 members: Included hours, then $20 per hour, 30-day advance booking
Coworking, Signature and Spotlight members: $25 per hour, 7-day advance booking
Non-members: $35 per hour, 48-hour advance booking

How to Book a Space

Hera Hub Members

Log in to your Hera Hub account in Nexudus.
Choose the private office or coworking lounge access, then pick your date. The office books in 30-minute blocks, and lounge access covers the full day.
Watch for your confirmation email. It has your door codes and directions. Every booking comes with the front door code, and an office booking also comes with the office code. Office 10 and Office 20 members can set up fingerprint access to the office instead, which is optional.

Bookings are added to your monthly Hera Hub DC invoice, and you can cancel at no charge up to 12 hours before your booking. After that, the booking stands.

If you just added a workspace add-on, it starts on the 1st of the next month. Until then, you can book the office at the standard member rate.

Non-Members

You do not need to be a member to book. Set up a free profile once, and you can book on your own from then on.

Create a free profile in Nexudus. You can do this anytime, even if you are not ready to book yet, so you are set up when you need the room.
Choose the private office or coworking lounge access, then pick your date. You can book up to 48 hours ahead.
Pay by card when you book. Your confirmation email has your door codes and directions.

Non-member bookings are paid in full at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled or refunded, so please double-check your date and time before you confirm..

If you find yourself booking regularly, Hera Hub DC membership brings the office down to $25 an hour and lets you book a full week ahead.

Getting There

By Metro

Pink Moon is a one-minute walk from the Bethesda station on the Red Line. Walk toward Edgemoor Lane, cross the street, and take the elevator in the parking garage up to the (P) Plaza/Skywalk level.

By Car

Public Garage 49 is directly below the building, with its entrance at 7601 Woodmont Ave. It runs on ParkMobile. Park on any level near the Old Georgetown side, then take elevator 3/4 or the stairs up to the (P) Plaza/Skywalk level. The entrance is right around the corner.

Getting In

Enter the front door code from your confirmation email on the keypad to the right of the door. Codes change periodically, so always use the one from your most recent confirmation.

Good to Know

Hours: The office and the lounge are available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
In the lounge: Wi-Fi, coffee and tea, a small fridge, a microwave, and a sink. The Wi-Fi details are posted in the lounge. There is no TV or projector in the lounge or the office.
Cancellations: Members can cancel at no charge up to 12 hours before a booking. Inside 12 hours, bookings cannot be cancelled. Office time counts against your included hours or is charged on your monthly invoice, and a paid lounge day is charged at $20. Non-member bookings are paid at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled.
Included hours: Office 10 and Office 20 hours reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. Time beyond your allotment is billed at $20 an hour.

Office bookings and the lounge: An office booking covers the office only. If you plan to work in the lounge before or after your booking, book lounge access for that day as well, unless you have a membership with a Coworking, Office 10, or Office 20 add-on.
Guests: Guests are welcome in the office during your booking. A guest who stays in the lounge before or after needs their own lounge access.
Mail: We do not offer mail handling or a business mailing address at this location.
