Designing Workshops People Actually Want to Attend w/Lauren Green
About Workshop
Most business owners know their content. Fewer know how to design an experience people remember.
This highly interactive workshop helps participants transform “content dumping” into engaging, outcome-driven workshops and meetings. Participants will learn a practical framework for designing sessions that create clarity, participation, energy, and action — whether they’re leading discovery calls, masterminds, trainings, networking events, retreats, or client workshops.
Participants leave with:
- A simple workshop design framework
- Better agenda design skills
- Energizers and brainstorming activities that increase participation
- A draft outline for an upcoming workshop or meeting
