Cancellation Policy: Advanced notification of cancellation is required. Once we receive your cancellation form, your membership will be set to end the last day of the following month; thus you will be charged for one additional billing cycle. Your final month of membership will NOT be prorated.

Upon the final day of my membership, I understand that I am no longer able to use the Hera Hub address for my business. This includes the use of the address one sites like Yelp, Google, and Facebook. I also agree to remove the address from my website and all print materials. I understand I must forward my mail to my new address prior to the last day of my membership and that all mail delivered to Hera Hub after this date will be returned to sender. I understand Hera Hub has the right to charge my credit card $75 per month should I want mail held at the location for pick-up. Further, if it is found that I continue to use the business address in any of the above referenced places Hera Hub has the right to also charge the $75 monthly fee until the addressed is removed.(Required)
